Special Kids & Families Location: Around Audubon Park. Starting line at Oak Court Drive and Southern Avenue. Race is held rain or shine.
Format: 5-kilometer run/walk around Audubon Park. Runners begin at 9:00 a.m. Walkers start immediately afterward. 1 mile Family Fun Run after race starts. A great family event including children’s games, face painting, Easter egg hunt, a visit from the Easter Bunny, and great food and prizes!
WHAT IS SPECIAL KIDS & FAMILIES? Special Kids & Families, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing Early Intervention services for children from birth to age 3 and their families. Special Kids and Families, Inc. has been providing these services to children and families in the Mid-South for over 20 years. The programs at Special Kids and Families, Inc. include therapy services, family training, a preschool program, parent support and feeding therapy.
